At MTI we want our clients to move efficiently and perform without limitations, which means staying out of pain and achieving optimal levels of performance. A customized strength and conditioning program is only effective if a solid foundation of movement patterns are being addressed. This is why we have implemented movement restoration as part of our health continuum. We assess and identify altered movement patterns in everyday movements such as the squat, hinge and walking/running pattern. Once this foundation is properly established we progress to increasing the level of complexity to match the athlete's demands. This leads to improved force production, coordination, balance, speed, agility and strength.
